For choosing the correct size:

• Circumference of the chest: wearing a heavy sweater (the protective vest should generally be placed over clothing and therefore also take into account their thickness) and with a measuring tape measure at the widest point of the torso, under the arms.

• Waist circumference: always with a measuring tape measure the waistline (the narrowest part of the trunk)

• Dorsal length: the jacket is essential for the protection of the vertebral column. To measure the correct size, the measurement of the back is necessary, from the sacrum bone to the backbone that protrudes just below the neck.
